This position serves as the regular contact person between our clients (internal and external) and our global network of linguists. The Project Coordinator is responsible for communicating specific detailed instructions to linguists, and managing workflows and processes. It is accountable for the final quality assurance of translation and real-time, accurate recording of activities.&lt;br /&gt;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:&lt;br /&gt;
•	Review the jobs assigned and assess needs for additional information, e.g. compilation of glossaries, previously translated similar documents, list of acronyms, technical terminology, and translation memories.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Manage translation teams and linguistic assets to ensure compliance with RRDs productions workflows and that quality and turn-arounds standards are met.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Select and assign translation teams, negotiate rates and deadlines and coordinate production with translators, proofreaders, in-country clients reviewers, typesetters and Customer Service Reps.&lt;br /&gt;

This person will be in charge of proofreading and editing translated assets. The ideal candidate is an experienced individual with professional writing or editing background. Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;

•	Create, update, and maintain clear and detailed localization style guides. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Review localized material and provide consistent feedback to the localization staff. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Provide linguistic consulting to related teams, assuring the quality of the localized contents. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Participate actively in creating, updating, and maintaining game glossaries. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Work closely with localization staff and related teams.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Other duties as assigned.&lt;br /&gt;

Requirements&lt;br /&gt;
•	A minimum of 5 years professional writing or editing experience&lt;br /&gt;
•	A minimum of 3 years experience in creating and updating style guides&lt;br /&gt;
•	Able to maintain the consistency and quality of localized assets across the entire project&lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent writing and analytical ability &lt;br /&gt;
•	Proficiency in English&lt;br /&gt;
