The Role

Bloomberg is looking for a highly creative and motivated individual to work in the Exchange Business Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to deliver the highest quality real-time data to our customers across all asset classes, equities,derivatives, commodities & fixed income.

The Responsibilities include project management, relationship management, business development and negotiating contracts.

The individual will work closely with the Exchanges in and Bloomberg's R&D and Sales departments to manage projects for new data from Exchanges, manage relationships across each group and uncover business opportunities for Bloomberg. A strong understanding of how the exchanges and Market Data Vendors operate and deliver data to our customers is vital to this role. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of the project life-cycle for delivering real-time market data feeds to our clients.

Managing relationships with the stock and commodity exchanges in South East Asia and India, and negotiating contracts

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Ability to speak fluent English and an additional Asian Language will be an advantage
- Experience working for an Exchange or in the Market Data industry a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to proactively follow up on the various aspects of a project and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation & organizational skills.
