Our client is an international company located in Paris and seeking a permanent Senior Biostatistician to join their team based in Paris. For more information, please contact Louise Beka.
Our client covers a wide range of therapeutic areas to the worldwide pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. In addition, they play a key part in the launching and development of some of the most important drugs.
As a senior Biostatistician, you will work on strategic and complex statistical analyses in the development, production, and quality control of product development programs and protocols, analysis plans, and reports.
One of your key responsibilities will be the direction of statistical analysis including statistical programming to support planned data analysis and displays in addition to exploratory statistical modeling. Your role will involve client-facing and participation in capabilities presentations, bid defenses, client meetings, and meetings with regulatory authorities.
You have the following profile and experience:
• MSc or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics
• Minimum five years experience as a Biostatistician supporting pharmaceutical clinical trials and clinical development
• Wide experience with SAS programming required
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines
• Previous experience with Bayesian statistics
• Thorough understanding of statistical issues in clinical trials
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good analytical, communication and project management skills
