French speaking Oracle CC&B Consultant/Solution Architect, + 1x CC&B Project Manager - Permanent

My customer, a leading Global IT Services company that leverages comprehensive business technology solutions across diverse domains has the need for an Oracle CC&B Consultant/Solution Architect to develop Functional Designs related to CC&B 2.2.
This project involves implementing the Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing product (CC&B v2.2) at multiple locations. My customer is engaged in design, configuration and development of external design for product customization and providing support to testing performed by quality assurance team and UAT team.
Roles and responsibilities
- Defines and designs solution parameters and specifications
- Understand/Write PA reports, write External Design documents
- Able to integrate and configure the deliverables in CC&B
- Able to anticipate and address Technical issues, Coding constraints and Performance issues at design phase
- Propose key test criteria for delivery team
- Writes pseudo code for complex logic
- Owns the external design and provide support throughout the development and system test phases
- Performs a system test planning, present the design to Qualification team and provide consultancy during system testing
Profile
1. Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in CC&B and 5 years in I.T
2. Hands on experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B SDK (Java or Cobol) and Configuration
3. Excellent Problem solving skill, Analytical sills, Customer interaction and Communication skills
4. Java/J2EE, Oracle SQL/PL SQL, Hibernate, Cobol
5. Configuring XAI/XML, CC&B Portals, BPA scripts, Crystal Reports XI, OUBI
