Executive Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Deliver support to Top Executive customers (ad-hoc benchmarking, offer proposals etc.)
• Manage and drive centralized global benchmarking for Top Executive Group (strategy, automation, selection of vendors, job matching, involvement of HR Business Partners, result submission)
• Conduct information and training sessions on Top Executives for HR Business Partners, Management and Line Managers independently
• Ensure compliance of Executive Remuneration and raise awareness of legal and non-legal risks
• Overview the data specific to Top Executives in SAP Tool applications and ensure data accuracy by working closely with Shared Service Centers
• Generate information requested by Executive Compensation Manager and Head of Global Performance Management & Compensation
• Pro-actively contribute to Compensation strategy
Profile:
• This role requires an accomplished individual with a proven track record in Global Compensation and a strong knowledge and understanding of the tools and current trends in Executive Compensation
• Ability to influence and effectively handle senior stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Up-to-date industry and market knowledge
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Experience in working in an international matrix organization
• Knowledge of SAP HR modules is considered a plus
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
• Cultural understanding and flexibility
• University diploma or a commercial degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in Executive Compensation
