Company: Our client is a company who have successfully provided IT solutions to their customers for years. Increased growth has created a vacancy for German Customer Service Executive professionals to join their team in South West France.
Role: As German Customer Service Representative you are responsible for the following; working on client projects executing and revising their plans, supporting clients via email and telephone on general and technical queries, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and trying to extend or renew contracts where possible. In addition you will be required to resolve Troubleshoot simple technical issues through a solutions orientated approach.
Skills: The ideal candidate will need to speak fluent German, and possess strong English. In addition you will possess at least 6 months of Customer Service Representative experience. Bilingual or trilingual candidates are preferred for this role with Spanish Italian or Dutch. It is also important to have a high degree of flexibility to work outside core working hours and overtime as required.
