• Position and responsibilities:
Working with the Technical Support Manager in our Services Department, you
will ensure client support in French/Spanish for all of our products for
both large account holders and individuals.
You will be in charge also of the distant training of our customers.
• Qualifications:
You hold a two year degree, and ideally have previous experience in
technical support (internships accepted). You are bilingual in Spanish and
French (imperative). You are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working
as part of an international team.
