The training - Aston Carter takes training very seriously. Our induction program covers Banking and Finance, Information Technology, Headhunting and Mapping; Recruitment Process and Candidate Management. Alongside this you will be assigned a mentor to work closely with you on a daily basis to help you to achieve.

Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience within either B2B or B2C sales, but this is not essential.

Trainees will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising basic salary (pay rises are clearly defined at each level of progression), commission and a quarterly bonus.
