Our client, a prestigious international recruitment consultancy and a sector leader, seeks a perfectly bilingual receptionist with previous secretarial experience, to work from 1pm til 7.30pm Mon-Fri.
Duties:
- In this high-profile environment, your role is to greet visitors and take telephone calls in a professional manner, as well as to provide secretarial and administrative support for certain consultants.
- You will be working with very prominent clients and therefore your role will demand diplomacy and superb people skills.
- You will also be responsible for preparing conference rooms and organising business meetings, as well as making taxi bookings and food orders when necessary.
- Administrative tasks will include composing emails and letters, diary management and putting together PowerPoint presentations.
Your profile : You are completely bilingual and you are looking for a role at a very high level. You are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience in a high profile, international environment, preferably in a sector such as finance, law or consultancy.
This position requires excellent people skills and a very strong sense of customer service.
The perfect candidate will be dynamic, motivated, discrete and meticulous.
