Arabic Technical Support Engineer in France. €27-30k+bonus and relocation package DX2463
Company: Our client is a major US technology corporation that sales, develops and distributes hardware products around the world. Founded 40 years ago, they have developed into a leading multinational with over 90,000 employees worldwide and they are still growing. They are now hiring Arabic technical support representatives for their offices in France.
Role: As part of their Arabic Technical support team you will support customers on a variety of inbound hardware related issues. You will be required to troubleshoot their IT queries primarily focused on server technology. You will help B2B customers by email and phone escalating when necessary and providing the best client satisfaction with optimal timing.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak modern standard Arabic and Fluent English. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years IT support experience in a range of hardware support roles.
You must have a strong knowledge of server and storage hardware and complete working knowledge of Windows NT, Windows 2000, RedHat, Linux or cluster computing. Candidates with a degree or certificate in computer studies and further training eg. MCP, Server+, network+ or similar are preferred.
