We are looking for Public Relations Coordinators / Front Desk Agents (m/f) for our resorts abroad.
Your role
Being the representative for English-speaking guests
Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)
Telephone switchboard
Cash-box
Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
Organising and taking part to cultural events for English-speaking guests
Translating information documents and notices
Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events )
Your profile
Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months minimum
Diploma in international travel industry preferred
Working experience mandatory
IT skills
Bilingual English and French mandatory, other foreign languages a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian )
Your personal skills
Professional
Diplomatic
Organised
Ability to talk in public
Excellent inter-personal skills
French season contract. Accommodation and meals provided by the Club (with your financial contribution).
