Company: Our client has an International Contact Centre based in Lyon, France. From this office they manage their customer interactions with their European customers.
Role: New positions exist for tri-lingual German, French and English speakers. The role will involve receiving inbound calls and emails from their customer base. These calls will involve you to troubleshoot queries, diagnose the problem and arrange for a solution. This may mean arranging for an engineer to visit the client or could be an account or other query.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak fluent German, English and French and possess customer service experience. We are looking for candidates with a customer oriented attitude and good pc knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet). In addition you will be living or interested in living and working in Lyon.
