NB: This is a 6 months contract initially. EU or Swiss citizens apply only.
• Our client is an International leader in the Biomedical Industry. The position is based in Geneva.
• The Customer Service Representative´s responsibility is to efficiently and accurately manage order flow, satisfy customer requirements and follow up on product deliveries and other matters that arise from the order process.
• Candidates for this position should be friendly, outgoing and professional.
• The CSR provides direct sales support to our external Customers and our internal field Sales Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate directly with customers over the phone and by e-mail
• Receive and respond to customer requests and enquiries
• Daily follow up on customer orders from allocation to delivery
• Pro-actively inform customers of any delivery short shipment and/or delayed delivery dates
• Creation, maintenance, renewal and termination of product contracts
• Liaise with market sales force to inform them on order flow, cash remittances and credits/adjustments
• Investigate and resolve customer claims and service discrepancies up to their final resolution, research and process disputes and deductions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Fluent in SWEDISH AND FINNISH, any other language an asset
• Commercial diploma, high school degree or equivalent
• Experience in Customer Service ideally in an international business environment
• Service minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and able to work under pressure
• Problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Computer literate (Oracle appreciated)
